Are filters really included for 2 years?

Yes. Scheduled filter care is included throughout your 2 Years Complete Care period, subject to the coverage terms. The team can explain the filter inclusions before you buy.

How often will Care Zero be serviced?

Your first scheduled Care visit is planned after completing 6 months of use, typically around Month 7. Further scheduled visits take place around Months 13 and 19 during the 2-Year Complete Care period.

Are electrical spare parts covered?

Covered electrical and functional purifier parts are included during the 2 Years Complete Care period. Terms and coverage conditions apply; ask our team for the covered-parts details before purchase.

Is technician labour included?

Yes. There is no technician labour charge for covered Complete Care visits during the 2-year period.

Is installation included?

Yes. Professional installation and a water check are included in the ₹12,999 Care Zero RO launch package. We confirm the right setup for your home before installation.

Is it suitable for borewell/tanker water?

Care Zero is designed for home water sources including borewell and tanker water. Tell us about your water source so we can check suitability and confirm the right setup for your home.

Do I need Wi-Fi?

You do not need an app or Wi-Fi monitoring to manage your care schedule. We keep track of scheduled service for you, and you can contact us by phone or WhatsApp.

What is the support app for?

The support system helps you raise a service request, check support and contact Care Zero. It is for getting help, not constantly monitoring your purifier. You can also call or WhatsApp us.

What happens after the 2-Year Complete Care period?

The original Complete Care period ends after 24 months. From Month 25 onward, you can book a one-time paid service or choose an available Care Zero extension / subscription plan.

Is the Month 25 service included?

No. Month 25 falls outside the original 2-Year Complete Care period. Customers can choose a one-time paid service or extend their Care Zero support through an available Care plan.
